1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in courses offered by Fat Buddha Thai Ltd (Registration Number: 11514825), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not enroll in our courses.

2. Course Enrollment and Payment

• Course fees must be paid in full before the course start date unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon
• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your enrollment
• We reserve the right to cancel courses with insufficient enrollment
• Price changes may occur between enrollment periods

3. Attendance and Participation

• Regular attendance is essential for successful course completion
• Students are expected to participate actively in class discussions and exercises
• Missed classes may be made up subject to instructor availability
• Excessive absences may result in course failure

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 14 days before course start: Full refund minus deposit
• Cancellations made 7-13 days before start: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before start: No refund
• No refunds after course commencement

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to lecture notes, assignments, and code examples, are the intellectual property of Fat Buddha Thai Ltd and may not be distributed or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional behavior and treat instructors and fellow students with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate course dismissal without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fat Buddha Thai Ltd's liability is limited to the course fees paid. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from course participation.
